Do you remember the Huawei’s very own HiSilicon K3V2 processor from last year? Its indeed a nice processor for low price and it paved the way for many of Huawei’s latest available smartphones. However latest news from Huawei’s hardware department is that the successor for K3V2 is coming.

Its named as HiSilicon K3V3 and will feature 8 cores based on ARM architecture, probably the A15. It will be clocked up to 1.8Ghz and reports suggest that it will feature a Huawei’s own type of cooling system. But the further information is unclear since they haven’t officially released the feature set yet.

GPU is said to be manufactured in 28nm TSMC process and it will feature a ARM mali GPU for graphics acceleration. K3V3 might feature ARM Mali-T658 chipset. Stay tuned with Huaweinews.com for updates
